Through a blend of interactive workshops, reflection and peer engagement, participants will explore the foundations of effective leadership—clarifying personal values, articulating vision and cultivating meaningful relationships. The program helps leaders navigate the evolving challenges of higher education with integrity and resilience.
Participants will also engage in practical skill-building focused on key leadership behaviors: making informed, values-driven decisions; understanding and responding to complex institutional and external landscapes; and fostering collaboration across diverse teams and stakeholder groups.
