“Form A, or Bust!” (FAB) faculty: Preparing for the Tenure Review
The Office of Faculty Affairs is committed to supporting tenure-track faculty during the critical period between their reappointment review and the submission of tenure materials. We call this group “Form A, or Bust!” (or FAB) faculty, in reference to the standard dossier that all tenure candidates must complete. Faculty join this cohort in the spring of their third year and continue in it through the spring of their fifth year. FAB Faculty can build connections with peers at the same stage of the tenure process through a Microsoft Teams space hosted by the Office of Faculty Affairs, where they can ask questions, share insights and offer mutual support while preparing for tenure review.
