Victoria Weber joined the Office of Faculty Affairs as a functional business analyst in June 2025 after having worked in the Office of Institutional Effectiveness and the Center for Disability Resources. She manages the Faculty Portfolio System (FPS), including creating workflows for various faculty review processes, liaising with different offices to facilitate the automatic import of information, reporting on faculty activities and the creation of dashboards, and assisting faculty, staff and academic leadership with using the FPS.
