Recognizing that the first few years as a new faculty member—or as a faculty member in a new role—are both critical and transformative, the Office of Faculty Affairs developed Launch: A Workshop Series for New and New(ish) Faculty. The series is specifically designed for faculty in their first (new) to third (newish) year, or until they complete their first reappointment (whichever is later), with the goal of helping them build lasting connections, thrive in their academic career and make meaningful contributions to the University community.
