Workers’ Compensation
Faculty members are covered by Workers’ Compensation for accidental injuries sustained in the course of employment. Benefits are paid pursuant to the terms of the Workers’ Compensation Law of New York. Workers’ Compensation is administered through the Office of Institutional Risk Management.
